Just returned from six months in India, having left my job and London where I have lived and worked for over 15 years.  Travelled to some beautiful spiritual areas of India  to find relaxation for my body and to connect to the stillness of no mind  and to be in nature to 'be' a human being not a human 'doing' any more.

Now facing the unknown, knowing that all I know is that I don't know.

Also to find a new place to live, work and play to connect with new friends without the judgement that has kept me separate from life,  people and joy in the past.
